Hear from Our Delighted Customers

I have had a wonderful experience with Leicht, Greenwich. The quality of the cabinetry is superlative and reached all of my expectations and more. Goran is a gifted designer and I enjoyed working with him on every little detail.

He never rushed me through the process, and even met me at their Mount Kisco location to see more products. We even had fun through the process development, he's an easy going guy - and this was during the height of COVID! Yes, had to be very patient, some items were delayed, but all worth a little wait.

John was the installer, and let me say - he really knew what he was doing. Seemed like such a puzzle in many boxes, but nothing fazed him and he took his time building the kitchen.

Yes the kitchen looks beautiful.. but it IS beautiful inside and out. I spent a lot of time looking at all their products, and my favorites are the depth and height of the drawers. I work as a chef and have more utensils and cooking gadgets that I can count, and they all fit into these drawers! Lined with neat black rubber inserts and wood, they are easy to keep neat and clean.

The glass sided pullouts are so classy and streamlined. I love the narrow pull-out near my gas range (with glass siding) - has two tiers for all my oils, vinegars and wines for cooking at a close reach.

I definitely wanted the spice pull-out which swings open, as it holds my most used spices within an easy reach, and it's attractive too.

I am very happy with the cabinetry I chose, not the most expensive, yet made the project doable. The quality is wonderful, and after one year, seems in perfect condition.

I would definitely recommend Leicht in my opinion, for an exquisite kitchen, upscale and modern design, quality and staff.

I am not one for writing reviews but delighted to share my experience with Leicht Greenwich (Westchester) having recently completed a soup-to-nuts renovation of our Greenwich house. My original intention was to go with a Poggenpohl kitchen, due to prior familiarity with the brand from living in Europe. But I had also heard of Leicht and found their Greenwich showroom quite by happenstance. I made an appointment and had the good fortune to meet and then proceed to work with Leah Diamond, one of their designers. Even though my original intention was to have Leicht install only the kitchen, I was won over by Leah’s design esthetic, creativity, and attention to detail. Ultimately, she worked with me on creating the His/Her master closets, all of the other closets, the His/Her vanities for the master bathroom, all of the other bathroom vanities, the laundry room cabinetry and two wet bars. By the time we were done, we had pretty much designed a “Leicht House”. What I love most about the kitchen is the fact that the drawers and cabinets are soft close, have glass-drawer sides and come with different organizational accoutrements. There is also lighting in the cabinets, drawers and under the cabinets above the sink area. However, my personal favorites are the motorized/automatic kitchen cabinets that open and close with a touch. The fact that we could have extra tall cabinetry was helpful in filling the gaps beneath our rather tall kitchen ceilings. The options for cabinet materials are quite broad, ranging from natural wood to sleek veneers in almost any finish you could name.
During the design phase, Leicht staff came to the house several times to take measurements and even when we made changes, they were patient and always came back to make certain everything was accurate. Production and delivery from Germany took only three months – which was almost a miracle because all of this was happening in the early months of covid-19 when most countries, including Germany, had shut down their factories. I have no idea what strings were pulled to get our order filled, but everything made it over here in good time and in good order, considering the volume. It then took the foreman, Brian, and his small army of assistants working diligently for circa two weeks to put it all together. I am incredibly happy to report that it all turned out beautifully.
The professionalism of the whole team was astounding -- they did everything possible to make sure we were happy. No adjustment was too small – all we had to do was call and Brian was right over. Ohad, the owner, was very hands-on as well, overseeing everything and ensuring we had no complaints. During the renovation, which ended up more like new construction, I must confess that the time spent working with the team from Leicht was by far the least stressful. This company really stands by their product and puts the “service” in customer service. Did I mention the 7-yr warranty on their products? How many companies offer you that kind of peace of mind?
In summary, Leicht Kitchens Greenwich wins hands-down on excellent customer relations, professionalism, quality of materials, versatility of design and price (by comparison to other German brands like Poggenpohl and Bulthaup). I genuinely enjoyed my experience working with Leicht in creating a beautiful modern home and will surely be returning to them for future projects. Do not hesitate to choose Leicht if you are on the fence. They go above and beyond to make the process easy, affordable, and enjoyable.

Tolulope Goldie

From the first time I entered the showroom I knew that the search was over. They explained the function and durability of every single cabinet. The design service is amazing, I loved working with Leah, her massive knowledge of the products, made it possible to fit the right cabinets to meet our needs. By using the deferent kitchen lines according to their custom ability, she managed to provide us with best options. We now have the most beautiful and functional kitchen. Thank you Leah, designer extraordinaire. The owner Ohad is great, he fully backs up his products and is always available to answer any inquiries and give my husband and I his honest opinion and recommendations.
The delivery and assembly team was professional and courteous. Working with millimeters not inches! It cannot be more perfect than that. Thank you leicht Greenwich team, you are truly wonderful.
