We consider ourselves most fortunate to have met Leah Diamond. It is unheard of that a family (us, the customer) becomes "friends" with their vendor in home remodeling. Not only is Leah our friend, we have welcomed her parents to our home to celebrate in our new kitchen.
When we met Leah, we provided her with the basic plans for the design of our kitchen. From there Leah gave us great advice and direction to fulfill our dream kitchen. During installation, which went without a hitch, Leah stopped by to monitor the project.
And......the scheduled delivery from the Leicht factory was ON TIME as promised.
To say that we are pleased with Leicht would be an understatement.

Working with the LEICHT Westchester team was a delightful experience. The craftmanship is top notch, and the optionality in finishes and features is wonderful. From the minute you walk into one of the showrooms, you fall in love. Goran Savic, our designer, was able to capture exactly what we were looking for in the kitchen and basement bar, he was attentive to all our wants and wishes and was able to deliver a design that reflects all our needs. I never felt rushed to decide nor pushed to settle on something that was not what I wanted; Goran took as much time as we needed to come up with our perfect design, he understood our vision, and made it come true. Due to Covid, an all the supply chain issues, we had some delays in our kitchen, but Ohad, the owner, kept us informed and made all the necessary accommodations to finish the installation as quickly as possible once the kitchen arrived. Goran and Brian Byrne, our project manager where in constant contact with our GC to ensure every detail was ready for installation. The installers are very professional, knowledgeable, organized, and clean, and work with the utmost precision to deliver a spectacular product. Anything that needed to get fixed got fixed to my complete satisfaction with the result. Totally worth the wait!
