The purpose of this dramatic renovation of a secluded Westchester colonial home was to create a modern and luxurious space with complete personalization to fit the personality and reflect the lifestyle of the homeowner. The client desired high-quality cabinetry and appliances built for longevity and durability to last for many years.

The kitchen and mudroom built-in cabinets are intentionally designed with several complementary Leicht styles to create cohesive architectural flow, and seamless functionality throughout.
Leicht cabinetry is not just aesthetically pleasing with its bespoke high-quality craftmanship and finishes, but using Leicht cabinetry throughout a home sustains a modern state-of-the-art lifestyle with its superb and innovative task and storage solutions.
The custom designed mudroom blends high-style with high-function. The space was created with durable, easy to clean Fenix F-45 Boreal Green and Black Wood laminate cabinets, and functions beautifully with dedicated zones for storage and tasks. The hidden washer/dryer combination unit is conveniently located near the main area and the outdoor pool area for easy function and quick loads.

This Leicht program is a brushed natural wood veneer, offered in various oak, ash, walnut, or elm finishes. The edges are seamlessly wrapped in veneer. The designers created this Modern European Kitchen to allow the homeowners’ dreams to come to fruition. The layout and function work wonderfully for a modern and multifaceted lifestyle. A variety of different types of cabinets - closed, open, and clear glass - adds much beauty and interest. The large island acts as a central axis and the hub of the kitchen. A 48” wide gas range and custom hood stuns as a focal point.
Love the sophisticated and subtle dramatization of finishes and textures. Warm and expressive Orlando Walnut Le Midi cabinets are not only an inspiration to nature, but possess a deep richness that feels luxurious and comforting at the same time. While the Pearl Citrine cabinets, with a shimmering metallic undertone and smooth ethereal finish, contrast with the Walnut Le Midi brilliantly.
And all is centered and balanced as one unified composition with the polished and crystalized Quartzite stone that radiates like a sparking diamond.
